Boundaries
This section of coastline sits between White Cliffs and Blairgowrie. Extending inland to Melbourne Road, the area is currently part of Rye.
Often referred to locally as the Tyrone Foreshore Area, it is also known colloquially as "Ryegowrie".
The proposed boundaries for the Tyrone Beach locality are from Canterbury Jetty Road, east along the foreshore to just beyond Cain Road, and south to Melbourne Road.
